Pat Coughlan, is a Qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Career and Life Coach working in the caring profession for over 25 years. He holds an Honours degree in Psychotherapy & Counselling, from Middle Sex University London.

Pat is a Qualified Addiction Counsellor working  with addicts and their families for 15 years helping the cycle of addiction to heal for all the Family. Pat is also a Qualified Guidance Counsellor/Coach has worked in schools and a trained coach working with adolescents and adults helping them in their path in life.

Pat is also a trained Supervisor for accredited counsellors and Counsellors in training. Pat is accredited with the Irish Association of Alcohol and Addiction Counsellors (IAAAC). Also Irish Association Counselling and Psychotherapy.(I.A.C.P.)
